University of Washington
Consortium for Geospatial Information and Analysis
The University of Washington
Consortium for Geospatial Information and Analysis (UWCGIA) is an
organization for everyone at the UW who uses GIS, remote sensing, and related
technolgies. This page, and the related page on GIS courses offered at
the UW, provide links to people and units at the UW who are using these
technologies, in an attempt to further collaboration with each other, and to
share what we are doing with those outside the UW.
The University of Washington is an institutional member of the University Consortium for Geographic Information Science (UCGIS). Tim Nyerges, Geography Department, serves as the UW Delegate to the UCGIS and also serves as the current Past President of UCGIS.
If you are involved in these fields and have a web page which is not linked
here, please contact UWCGIA Webmaster gis@lib.washington.edu with your URL and we
will be happy to add you to this page.
